Sticky pumpkin wedges with roasted garlic

Sticky Pumpkin Wedges with Roasted Garlic
Tender pumpkin wedges caramelized to a sticky glaze, infused with the sweet, mellow flavor of roasted garlic. A deliciously savoury and slightly sweet side dish perfect for cosy meals.

Ingredients

Ingredients (8 servings):

1kg pumpkin, cut into 8 thick wedges (unpeeled)

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 garlic bulb, halved crossways

Instructions

Method:

Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced.

Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Place pumpkin on tray, in a single layer. Drizzle with honey and oil.

Place garlic on tray, cut-side down. Season with salt and pepper.

Roast for 35 minutes or until pumpkin is golden and tender.

Serve.
