This dual-purpose sports muscle gel contains Arnica montana and other essential oils that help warm and protect muscles before exercise, and soothe and heal them afterward. It is warming, deep-penetrating, and acts as an effective anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and healing agent for tired or strained muscles.
