“Manna menopause support saved not only my relationships with other people, but also gave me new energy and I feel like my old normal self. My emotional rollercoaster days are gone and forgotten and I am again in control of my emotions. This product is highly recommended to women who wants to use a more natural product and remedy for their menopausal symptoms. “

What is Manna Menopause Support?

Manna Menopause Support is a proprietary formula which includes well researched, high potency compounds to help alleviate Menopause-related symptoms.

This is not a medicine or an HRT (hormone replacement therapy), but an all-natural plant based dietary supplement which can help the body to manufacture estrogens to counteract the natural menopause cycle and its related symptoms.

How Does Manna Menopause Support Work?

Manna Menopause Support assists in the improvement of vascular stability. The product provides Phyto-estrogens to act similar as animal estrogen. The other nutrients are for enhanced bone density.

The different ingredients work in a synergistic manner to assist in the reduction of the symptoms of pre-menopause and menopause. The combination of these ingredients helps to alleviate menopausal symptoms.

What are “Phyto-estrogens”?

“Phyto-” is a Greek root word meaning “plant.” Estrogen is a female hormone that regulates functions in both women and men. Phytoestrogens, though plant-based, function much like the estrogen found in humans. When we eat phytoestrogens, our bodies may respond as if real estrogen were present.

Active Ingredients

Eucalyptus Bark Extract (Flavonoids and Polyphenols)(1)

Anti-Oxidant – Natures super anti-oxidant, helps to boost the immune system.

Polyphenols – helps to overcome the symptoms of Menopause, including hot flushes. It also assists in the prevention and fighting of osteoporosis and breast cancer.

Maca Root (Peruvian Ginseng) – Phyto-estrogen(3)

This so-called “Peruvian Ginseng” is from South America and is rapidly gaining attention in the United States for its success in supporting energy, stamina, libido and with hormone balancing for men and women.

Maca is used for menopausal symptoms, menstrual disorders and as an aphrodisiac. It acts as an energizer and anti-stress agent.

Soy Bean Isoflavones– Phyto-estrogen(2)

The main components of soy are proteins, soybean oil and carbohydrates. These are healthy components but the soy Isoflavones are responsible for many health benefits. Dried soybeans contain about 200 mg Soy Isoflavones per 100 g soybeans.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an essential anti-oxidant required by the body. It helps to minimize the effects of menopausal symptoms, especially hot flashes and night sweats. It acts as a substitute for estrogen and works in perfect synergy with the rest of the ingredients in Manna Menopause Support to offer wholesome relief from menopause and its symptoms.

Calcium lactate – Calcium supplements(4)

Calcium Lactate may be administered in low blood calcium levels (Hypocalcaemia), Osteoporosis, and Post-Menopausal Osteoporosis Prevention.

Vitamin D – Cancer preventive effect(4)

This little wonder of a vitamin plays a central role in many body processes and is on the A-list for menopausal women. Studies have linked it to preventing heart disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, cancer and weight gain. If that seems like a lot of prevention in one little vitamin, it is. The problem, though, is that as many as half of adults are deficient in vitamin D and are therefore not benefiting from it. Manna Menopause Support has enough vitamin D to meet your recommended daily requirements.

“The best all-natural product that I wish I could have known of much sooner. I must say that I am already seeing some changes. The hot flushes and sweats, especially at night are becoming bearable. Furthermore, I have noticed that I can now manage a couple hours of sleep a night without being interruption by unbearable sweats, a luxury for someone who was so sleep deprived. I can’t wait to see what the results will be like in a month’s time. I am so thankful and grateful that I came across this product, and I will gladly recommend it to anyone who is experiencing the uncomfortable symptoms of menopause.”

“A very good product for women trying to reduce the symptoms of menopause. Its relieved my hot flushes tremendously, I sleep better at night. Overall, I would definitely recommend. My symptoms have not disappeared (no tablet will do this), but the supplement has greatly decreased the menopause symptoms. Ladies, it might not work for everyone (we are all different). But at least try for a month and see what happens. Remember, there is no miracle cure. I will continue to purchase this product. Thanks”

“Did not think this would work, but I feel an improvement on my hot flushes within a week.”

Tersia (Takealot Review)

“Without these capsules, I would have gone straight to loony/bin Menopause is NO JOKE, women out there rather push thru using something natural like this product than medication that suppresses menopause and you have to deal with it should you go off normal medication. DEFINITELY WORKED FOR ME… How long did I take this? About 3yrs”

Adele (Takealot Review)

Menopause is a natural biological phase in a woman’s life, typically occurring around age 45 to 55. It marks the end of reproductive capability as the ovaries cease egg production and hormone levels shift, particularly a decline in estrogen. This leads to cessation of menstrual cycles and various physical and emotional changes, including symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and reduced bone density. Menopause signifies the conclusion of fertility but also signifies a new stage of life with its own challenges and adjustments.

Menopause, a natural transition in a woman’s life, brings along a range of physical and emotional changes. Recognizing the early symptoms of menopause is essential for managing this phase effectively. Here are some common signs that could indicate the onset of menopause:

  1. Hot Flushes

    • One of the most recognizable and dreaded symptoms is hot flushes.
    • About 70-80% of women experience hot flushes during menopause.
    • Skin may turn red, and flushing may be accompanied by warmth and blotchiness.
    • Intensity and duration of hot flushes vary, and they can disrupt sleep patterns.
    • Manna Hot Flush Gel can provide instant relief from hot flushes.
  2. Night Sweats

    • Similar to hot flushes, night sweats occur during sleep.
    • Waking up drenched in sweat due to sudden episodes of overheating.
    • Not all women who experience daytime hot flushes will have night sweats.
    • Manna Hot Flush Gel can help alleviate night sweats and prevent them when applied before bedtime.
  3. Difficulty Sleeping

    • Night sweats can contribute to sleep disturbances during menopause.
    • Other symptoms like headaches or vaginal itching may also disrupt sleep.
    • Strategies to manage menopause-related sleeplessness are important.
  4. Forgetfulness

    • Memory lapses and forgetfulness become more common leading up to menopause.
    • Instances of forgetfulness and difficulty concentrating may increase.
    • After menopause begins, forgetfulness can impact daily life.
  5. Irritability

    • Discomfort from various symptoms and sleep disturbances can lead to irritability.
    • Hormonal changes during menopause may contribute to mood changes.
  6. Mood Swings

    • Some women experience mood swings, leading to anger, anxiety, and short temper.
    • Fluctuations in estrogen and other hormones can contribute to emotional sensitivity.
  7. Headaches

    • Frequent headaches, both constant and sudden, are common during menopause.
    • Headaches can exacerbate irritability and mood swings.
  8. Decrease in Libido

    • Declining estrogen levels contribute to reduced sex drive.
    • Factors like delayed clitoral reaction and lack of orgasmic response also play a role.
  9. Vaginal Dryness & Itching

    • Hormonal changes, especially reduced estrogen, can lead to vaginal dryness.
    • Loss of lubrication, elasticity, and thinning of vaginal walls can cause discomfort.
    • Vaginal dryness can result in itching and irritation.
  10. Weight Gain

    • Menopause often leads to weight gain, particularly around the midsection.
    • Factors include slower metabolism and elevated cortisol levels.
    • Emotional eating may contribute to uncontrollable weight gain.

Menopause typically occurs between the ages of 45 and 55, with the average age being around 51. However, the age at which menopause starts can vary widely from woman to woman. Some women may experience menopause earlier, in their late 30s or early 40s, while others may not reach menopause until their late 50s.

The age at which menopause occurs is influenced by various factors, including genetics, lifestyle, medical history, and overall health. Smoking, certain medical conditions, and certain medical treatments (such as chemotherapy or radiation therapy) can also impact the timing of menopause. This transitional phase is considered to have started when a woman has gone without a menstrual period for 12 consecutive months.

It’s important to note that the years leading up to menopause, known as perimenopause, can also bring about hormonal fluctuations and changes in menstrual patterns. During this phase, women may experience some of the early symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings, even before they officially reach menopause.

Women in menopause are not capable of conceiving a pregnancy. Once menopause has occurred, the production of eggs ceases, making natural pregnancy impossible. Nevertheless, there are alternative options to achieve pregnancy, including utilizing fresh or frozen donor eggs, as well as using one’s own previously frozen eggs.
