How to take it (Dosage)

Take 2 to 6 capsules daily, with food. Start with one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Dosage will differ from woman to woman according to the severity of the menopausal symptoms. If using 2 caplets per day do not help, increase the dosage to 4 and then to 6 per day.

We recommend taking the Manna CLA with Menopause Support for increased efficiency and more relief from severe menopausal symptoms. If on Warfarin, use the product 2 hours before or 2 hours after the Warfarin.
