Classic Berry Manna Shake

Refresh your day with this Classic Berry Manna Shake — a vibrant mix of juicy berries and nourishing goodness in every sip!

Ingredients

Ingredients:

• 1 serving of Manna Low GI Shake powder

• 1 cup low-fat milk or almond milk

• 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

• 1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt or Greek yogurt

• 1 tablespoon honey (optional for sweetness)

Instructions

Instructions:

1. Add the Manna Low GI Shake powder, milk, mixed berries, and yogurt to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and add honey if you prefer a sweeter shake.

4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
