Fresh tomato salad
Ingredients (serve 4): 250g cherry tomatoes, halved 200g grape tomatoes ½ cup (80g) semi-dried tomatoes, sliced 40g baby rocket 80g feta cheese, crumbled 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar Method: Place cherry tomato, grape tomatoes, semi-dried tomato, rocket and feta in a bowl. Drizzle with vinegar. Toss to combine. Serve.
