How do I use the Manna Hot Flush Gel?

  1. Apply a small amount onto the back of the neck during a hot flush or night sweat episode.
  2. If you feel that it is not working well enough, apply a larger amount, and rub it all the way down to the top of your shoulders. In extreme conditions where even this does not work, you can also apply it to your armpits, underneath your feet, or on the sides of the groin-area.
