Bean, coriander and tomato salsa

Ingredients (3 servings):

  • 1 can (±400g) red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 3 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 3 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Dried red chilli flakes (to taste)
  • 3 tablespoon tzatziki
  • 12 Provita’s



  1. Combine the kidney beans, tomato, coriander, lemon juice and chilli flakes in a medium size bowl. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Spread Provita’s with the tzatziki, then top with the bean mixture.
  3. Serve.
