Balsamic garlic beans

Ingredients (8 servings):

  • 500g green beans, trimmed
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil



  1. Cook beans in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. Place garlic, parsley, vinegar and oil in a screw-top jar. Secure lid. Shake to combine.
  3. Place beans on platter. Pour over garlic mixture.
  4. Serve.
