Tomato & coriander salsa


  • 1 x ±200g punnet grape tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh red chilli (optional)



  1. Combine the tomato, onion, coriander, lime juice and chilli, if desired, in a bowl.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 1 hour to develop the flavours.
