Strawberry Cinnamon Swirl Smoothie

  • 6 Large Strawberries, fresh
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 100 ml Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Milk, preferably Full Fat
  • 1 Heaped Scoop Manna Strawberry Shake Powder
  • 2 Tbs Chia Seeds, Optional



  1. Cut up the strawberries and add all ingredients into the blender and blend together.



For a bit more sweetness, add a spoon of honey or organic maple syrup.
